Villa Pinea - Modern villa few minutes from the sea

"Villa Pinea" with its exceptionally beautiful, unobstructed panoramic view (180 degrees) of the Mediterranean Sea and the offshore islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia is located in the south of the very green Greek island of Lefkada, which is spared from mass tourism. The villa is situated in a very quiet, natural location at the southern end of the Lipsopyrgos/Amousso spur, which juts out into the Mediterranean like a finger.

The villa is a modern, high-quality holiday home with pool, roof terrace and boules court. The 4000 sqm garden was newly planted and unfolds a Mediterranean flair with olive trees, palms, citrus fruits, herbs, bougainvillea, cypresses and strawberry bushes. The six large, newly planted pine trees that provide shade for the boules court gave the house its name "Villa Pinea". The infinity pool of 11 x 3,5 m offers a beautiful view on the Ionian sea. The depth is 1,60 m.

The Mediterranean Sea can be reached on foot in 7 minutes via a path and a stair-like formation of rocks. Swimming shoes are recommended here for natural entry and exit. The nearest small pebble beach is a 20-minute walk away. Lefkada's dream beaches are on the west coast (distance about 45 minutes by car).

The closest village is Marantohori with supermarket and kafenion (20 minutes by car), the next bigger village with medical care, restaurants, pharmacy etc. is Vassiliki (30 minutes by car). Lefkada town can be reached in 45 minutes by car (hospital, large supermarkets, DIY shops, electronics shops etc.).
