The overflow pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space, while the two expansive terraces offer mesmerizing views of the sea and beyond. For active guests, the villa also offers a volleyball and badminton court in a peaceful garden setting.

Terraces:

South Terrace: A large 8-person table with a barbecue, sink, and electric plate makes it perfect for al fresco dining.

North Terrace: Enjoy views of the 9x4 overflow pool from a veranda with a square table and four benches.

Sun Loungers: There are 8 sun loungers spread across the sunny verandas, perfect for basking in the Mediterranean sun.

Relaxation Area: Beyond the pool, a dedicated recreation space under beautiful olive trees invites you to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings or the volleyball court.

Ground Floor:

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, outside oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge, and a coffee maker—ideal for preparing delicious meals.

Open Layout: The kitchen opens into the dining room and living room, creating a fluid, open-concept space for guests to enjoy.

Living Room: The living area features a flat-screen TV and HiFi system, with easy access to the bedroom and outdoor spaces.

Bedroom: A cozy room with a 160x200 bed offers a tranquil view of the pool and sea. The en-suite spacious shower room is open to the room, while the WC is independent.

Upper Floor:

South Room: Spacious with an amazing view of the islands, this room features excellent soundproofing for ultimate peace and quiet.

180x200 bed with access to a hydromassage bathtub offering the best view in the house. The bathroom has a washbasin and independent toilet.

East Room: This room offers absolute independence with access to a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The room is designed with soundproofing for privacy and features a 180x200 bed (which can be converted into two 90x200 beds on request).

The open-plan bathroom includes a spacious shower, a sink, and stunning views of the pool and sea. Toilet is independent.

Ground Floor – Garden Level:

Cinema Room: Enjoy a cinematic experience in the dedicated cinema room, featuring a Lumene 240c projection screen (2.5m width x 1.5m height) and a Sony VPL WV projector with a Blu-ray player—perfect for movie nights.

Bedroom: This room has a 180x200 bed that can be split into two 90x200 beds upon request. Guests can enjoy private access to a private terrace with an outdoor shower.

Bathroom: The en-suite bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and sea view.

WC: Independent toilet for extra convenience.

Laundry Area: A designated space with a washing machine, ironing board, sink, and even a crib for young children.
