Villa Acqua, offers you the chance to live a more relaxed pace of life, in pure opulence within the picturesque setting of Marantochori village, in the southwest side of Lefkada only 10 minutes away from the sea. Enjoying the view of idyllic hillsides full of trees and feeling that you are in a small paradise.

Villa Acqua has 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 single bed in a wooden gallery/loft while the house offers a third bathroom. The kitchen is an open space one, fully equipped and you will find a smart TV as well as high-speed internet (Starlink). The property is private, autonomous, filled with trees, with its own entrance, parking and swimming pool with pool furniture, where you can enjoy your coffee or lunch next to the pool.

The village has super markets, a bakery, a gas-station and a grill taverna. In Vassiliki, 8km away, you can find many restaurants with different kinds of food (fish, meat, Italian, e.t.c), ATM, medical center, gift shops, water sports centers and a lot of places where you can have wonderful cocktails or relax next to the sea. Also, in 4 km distance you can find Syvota a small village next to the sea with many greek tavernas, restaurants and places where you can chill out peacefully. The nearest beach is 4 km from the villa, named Ammouso, which has a beach bar and a lovely restaurant and there are 2 more small beaches in the same place.
